Continuous Professional Development (CPD) |

A focus on your Continuous Professional Development (CPD) each month is the optimum way to keep your business skills sharply honed. As an IIDM Member or Fellow - which you receive automatically as part of your C-Suite Membership, you have the opportunity to:
- Complete a minimum of 30 minutes per month dedicated to reading, listening or watching IIDM CPD resources (optional).
- Having undertaken your personal CPD program, you can report on your CPD progress on a monthly or quarterly basis. Upon validation and approval, IIDM will issue you a Statement of Attainment on a quarterly basis.
- CPD material must be solely sourced from resources published on the CEO Online web site.

Preparing Your Personalised CPD Program |

There are a number of tools avilable to direct IIDM members when developing their IIDM Personalised CPD Program. These include:
- CEO News - The CEO Online e-Newsletter features highly relevant and topical business resources. Select from any of the resources that address your individual circumstances.
- Search - What's your current challenge? Enter keywords or a keyphrase into our search function on the top left hand side of the website and our internal search engine will find the most relevant resources for you to choose from (based on keyword or keyphrase frequency and positioning within each document).
- Browse - Browse through the key sections of the web site, and click on the resources of greatest interest.

Reporting On Your CPD Progress |
Once your monthly CPD has been completed, you can report on your progress - either monthly or quarterly. A Statement of Attainment will then be issued to you quarterly, denoting your progress.
There are two ways you may report your CPD progress:
- Online Form - Contact us through our online form, selecting "IIDM - CPD Reporting" from the drop-down list and tell us:
- Which month(s) you are reporting for
- Which CPD materials were read / listened to / watched
- Any comments, feedback or suggestions you may have
- Statement Of Completion - Download, complete and return an IIDM Statement of Completion via email, fax or snail mail.
