IIDM Membership

When you become a C-Suite Member, you receive automatic membership into IIDM - The International Institute of Directors & Managers. IIDM membership reflects a commitment and recognition of the need to continuously improve business knowledge, and develop management and leadership skills.

There are two levels of IIDM membership:

FELLOW - More than five years business management experience - FIIDM post nominals
MEMBER - Up to five years business management experience - MIIDM post nominals

IIDM Personalised CPD Program

Each month, IIDM members can choose to undertake their own IIDM Personalised CPD Program to enhance their business skills, knowledge and understanding. This gives them the opportunity to improve their business skills and meet their individual business challenges with confidence.

As an IIDM member, you have the opportunity to:

Complete approximately 30 minutes each month dedicated to reading, listening or watching IIDM CPD resources.
Having undertaken your personal CPD program, you can report on your CPD progress on a monthly or quarterly basis. Upon validation and approval, IIDM will issue you a Statement of Attainment on a quarterly basis.
CPD material must be solely sourced from resources published on the CEO Online web site.
